Community Support Worker: In-Person

Responsibilities:
⦿ Provide Community Support services to individuals
⦿ Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs
⦿ Maintain documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines
⦿ Support client growth
⦿ $25 — $40 per hour
⦿ Remote or In-Person
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED and experience working with population, or bachelors in relevant field and experience with population or masters in relevant field
- Able to take 20 hour online CCSS training within 90 days of hire
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of or willing to learn about available community resources
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional ethics

- Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, etc.)
- Strong communication and therapeutic skills
